If you want to create change you have to do something different.
I've learned this over and over again, and in today's show I speak (on a bit of a rant) about how my ritual has helped shape my current lifestyle and general state of fullfilment. There will be times when I'm happy, times when I'm less happy. Even dare I say "sad"! (For those that know me...I hear your "yeah right!"s) Shit will happen and good shit will also happen. Sticking to a ritual to give yourself time to check in with yourself is what will make the difference. You give yourself more energy and more love and that way you can show up better for everyone else and the fires they want you to fight for them on the daily.
Think about it today... are you looking for a better way and if so, are you willing to change? The current way of doing things hasn't been working, so what's it going to take?
