Description

Oftentimes we're told it's all gonna be hard to run our own show. Long hours and hard work are glorified as some sort of a badge of honour amongst the entrepreneurial community and to be honest, I'm sick of that shit.

Turns out my guest Janis Isaman, Movement Specialist and owner of My Body Couture is also seeing things differently from the rest. We get into how to pivot and make most of your skills. How to go where there's less dissonance and that to be successful doesn't always mean break you neck trying to outwork everyone else. Just do the shit you love and toss the rest. Easy, right? Right. Check it out.

For more on Janis visit her at mybodycouture.com She's a leading specialist of movement and nutrition and will help you get back on track in your own way. One to one and virtual group options available. Get at her. She's rad.

For those of you that wanna support men's mental health and suicide prevention amongst the music industry, please consider supporting my team at movember.com/miketheschwartz

I'm growing a dirty 'stache to go with this sick flow and I'm swinging a kettlebell everyday this month to raise some cash for the cause.

And lastly, please take a moment of silence to reflect and pay respect to the lives lost for our freedom this Remembrance Day.
