In this episode, I go over the 8 signs that our body is trying to get our attention. I explain how our body is always speaking to us. All we have to  do is start listening and stop normalizing symptoms of not feeling like ourselves.

1. Low Energy

2. Disrupted Sleep, insomnia

3. Weight gain and/or Puffiness: feeling like you're wearing a wet suit

4. Constipation

5. Bloating after every meal

6. Headaches and migraines

7. Muscle and joint pain: spasms, aches: always feeling like you did a big workout
