1. Sign up for one (or more) of the following Fare Watcher Services
2. Use Google Flights - go to Grid View (easiest on a laptop or desktop) - to see which combination of departure and arrival days gives you the best deal but you'll have to put in specific locations and dates to get started - then go book at the Airlines Website
