Tyler Lemco is an artist who doesn't attach himself to just one medium. He has a career in comedy but also loves painting, music, acting, and writing. Currently fascinated by the flow state, Tyler has experimented with bouncing from one creative outlet to another on any given day and has not only gained a deeper understanding of himself but has also fully embraced being "kinda bad" at many cool things.
In this episode, Tyler tells us how creative expression, without the expectation of it being perfect (or even good), is an incredible tool for mental health. He believes that every one of us is creative and we each have "a thing." According to Tyler, you should do whatever inspires you - even if you suck at it.
