The Human Being Project explores the difference between being and doing. Together, we'll examine how we as humans can prioritize being in a doing culture.
It's easy to get swept up in to-do lists, meetings, deadlines, commitments, and distractions. But it begs the question:
What are you doing it all for?
Who are you trying to impress, support, or pacify, and why?
By slowing down and sinking into the present moment, you connect with the essence of who you are - a powerful and magnificent spiritual being. And that reconnection with the root of who you are changes everything about how you see your life and how you show up in it.
In the Human Being Project, we call out the false belief that who you are is defined by your circumstances, genetics, cultural affiliation, gender, race, sexual orientation, physical appearance, religious beliefs, or social status.
Who you are transcends all of that.
