As humans we instinctively fall into patterns, we become habitual and crave routine. This can be both a good thing and a bad thing.



Today I talk about the importance of recognizing our different patterns AND finding ways to interrupt and change our negative patterns, as well as reinforce and establish good patterns.



We really can become whoever we want, as long as we can find the ability to self-assess and become self-aware of both our good behaviors and our not-so-good behaviors.



What is the best way that I have found to become aware of my 'on-chart behaviors'?



Journaling, get your emotional trading journal so that you can bring attention to both your good and bad behaviors whilst trading.
