This episode shares insights into what it is like being a MumSafe Trainer from a personal and business perspective along with how important it is for mums themselves to work with a trainer that they know is properly educated and experienced in working with them.

Magdalena Hawley is a Women’s Health & Fitness Coach. She’s been in the fitness industry for over twenty years, during which time she’s worked with clients in Poland, the UK and Australia. Mags is especially interested in women’s health from pre- and postnatal fitness to training through peri-menopause & menopause.

After experiencing prolapse after having her first child, she become really passionate about educating other mums about the importance of getting strong from the inside out post-birth.  Her mission is to help mums feel strong and confident in their bodies at any age and nothing makes her happier than empowering mums to make positive lifestyle changes.
