Episode 31 : Blue Zones, ikigai & adopting a "Musical Mindset”

Woah it’s been a massive week of learning and growth here at the Moovers and Shakers Music headquarters! I was fortunate enough to run an amazing online workshop for the group coaching program I’m a part of (Ending Body Burnout). I call this workshop "Tune into you" - pun intended -because it's about tuning into yourself through movement (Dao yin), breathwork, and making music with our voices and bodies! We all had SO much fun and I received great feedback on how good it felt to 'release tension and stress' and to feel a 'happiness and connection through making music with others'! I also had my first article published on an online parenting website  "Kiddipedia: click for link: it's about the importance of engaging in music, movement and mindfulness with your children over the winter months!

And perhaps the biggest ‘win’ is that I have also signed an exciting partnership with an international organisation who -like me- share a mission to spread the magic and power of music to early childhood professionals and parents, to boost young children's learning, development wellbeing and school readiness.
