It's true…our world is getting harder and harder to navigate, but not always because of what's happening on the outside of us, but instead because of what's happening inside our very own minds. Everyone on this planet needs a little help navigating through this space. I've no doubt that those of you in our audience have experienced so many difficulties in your lives. Our guest today, Mesha McKittrick, has experienced her fair share of life's challenges, as well. She became pregnant at 14 and then suffered the loss of that child at a young age, navigated and, ultimately left, a codependent and abusive relationship, lost her father (who played a significant role in her life), struggled through significant financial setbacks and manages a busy life as a wife, mother and mindset coach. Mesha believes that you cannot control the things that happen in life, however, but you CAN control how you react to what happens to you in life.
