Description

Rebecca Roberts is championing women to build lives on their own terms.

Rebecca is the Founder of Little Stones; a network for women that helps its members navigate the ambiguities and complexities of work and life while supported by experts, peers and cheerleaders.

With over 10 years of experience across the business advisory and mental health sectors, namely eating disorder recovery, her career can be characterised by a strong focus on facilitating change, growth and driving consensus in diverse settings.

From working with clients who were navigating complex and high-pressure situations while making high stake decisions to having the privilege of supporting individuals on their mental health recovery journey, these experiences profoundly underscored the human potential for resilience and transformation.

She is a trained facilitator, mentor and speaker with an enduring curiosity for human behaviour and the psychology behind it. She sees the true connection and community as the cornerstone of life.

She's now leveraging the insights she has gained to work with the people she loves; smart, ambitious women and to create a space where success can be redefined, where the integration between our work and personal lives can be supported and where the incredible opportunity that comes from being part of a strong network can be realised.
