Description

What are you still holding onto that you know deep down isn’t right for you anymore?
Maybe it’s a business offer that drains you, a goal that no longer excites you, or even an outdated version of success you’re still chasing out of habit.

In this episode of The She Is Courageous Podcast, we’re talking about the messy and uncomfortable truth of letting go. Why it feels so hard. Why fear, pride, and “what will they think” keep us clinging on. And why releasing what no longer fits isn’t failure, it’s probably the bravest move you can make.

You’ll learn the questions I ask my clients (and myself) to get honest about what it’s really costing you to hold on. And you’ll hear why giving yourself permission to let go, just one small step at a time, creates the space for growth, alignment, and the version of success that actually lights you up.

It’s not weakness. It’s not giving up. It’s courage. And it’s exactly what you need to move forward.

🎧 Meet Your Host

Hey, I’m Shelley Bosworth, International Business and Mindset Coach, keynote speaker and founder of The She Is Courageous Collective

Beginning my career in the heart of the UK’s corporate world, I spent 25 years climbing the ranks across retail and hospitality, from Harrods to Starbucks to Haven Caravan Parks. Along the way i found a natural ability to bridge the gap between strategy and people, leading large teams through transformation and growth.

In late 2019 after experiencing significant personal loss, I left the corporate world to launch my coaching business, going all in on a vision to empower others, just as the world began facing an unprecedented global pandemic. Since then I’ve worked with businesses and individuals worldwide, empowering hundreds to break through self-doubt, overcome imposter syndrome, and take bold courageous action toward their goals.

Now living in Dubai, fulfilling a lifelong ambition to live and work internationally I like to think I inspire others to take courageous action and embrace the mindset shifts that make success possible.

I’m high energy, no nonsense but truly authentic and fundamentally believe life is too short not to go for what you want

My own story is proof of that and I can’t wait to help you write yours.
