Wacinque served 40 years in the military and volunteered with programs serving unbanked and low income families with tax preparation, financial coaching and debt reduction. He has extensive knowledge and has been an adjunct instructor in personal finance. His entrepreneurial passion that led him to design the Global Permanent Investment Account.
