My favourite coworking spaces are built by people solving their own problems.
That’s exactly why we started the Coworking Community Builder Cohort. When I ran a coworking space in Euston, we were doing everything at once:

✅ Fixing dishwashers & moving furniture
✅ Renting out offices & meeting rooms (sometimes swapping them around!)
💡 What made it work? Community. Back then, we had a thing called “Not So Manic Monday,” a 12-week sprint during which freelancers and creators set goals together.
