Beaver County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Jack Manning joins Chris Shovlin to talk about how the Chamber has evolved and its concentration in economic and community development especially with regard to the coming Shell Chemicals ethane cracker plant. Mr. Manning also talks about how the Chamber is working to retain and grow population. Then, Chris touts the six Baden Academy Charter School educators receiving Grow A Generation awards for their work in the classroom and learning labs. Teacher Hannah Kimmick and Dr. Ellen Cavanaugh appear.
