In this episode I discuss the difference between the military and work life after the military. I talk about the reasons why "leaders" in the military cared about their troops. I talk about how some individuals will be tied to the military for the remainder of their lives. I finish the show discussing why I continue to look for employment even though I am happily employed. I give a shout out to my daughter and end with "ZOT! ZOT! ZOT!" and "ROLL TIDE!!!"
