In this episode I discuss why people in special Operations are not special at all. I talk about why this is a problem for transitioning veterans. I give examples of two "Leaders" in Special Operations and how their actions effect the unit. I end the show with the customary "ZOT! ZOT! ZOT!" and "ROLL TIDE!!!"
