How do you maintain and nurture culture through growth? To help us answer this pivotal question, we sought the expertise of Bill Oesterle and Tim Fort. Bill was the CEO of Angie’s List for 16 years and is currently the CEO of TMap. A returning guest from episode 5, Tim holds the Eveleigh Professorship in Business Ethics and is a Professor of Business Law & Ethics at the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University.
