In the last episode, we put a little teaser out and said we were going to talk about starting the new year off right with a bangin' closet, and the first step to that is to CLEAN OUT YOUR CLOSET. 

Tinsley leads us through her tried-and-true 4-step process for how to get your closet in shape!

1. 
   Define the struggle: Why are you physically cleaning out your closet? What are your current struggles?
2. 
   Identify your go-tos: What are the pieces (accessories too) that you are reaching for everyday? What does work for you?
3. 
   Determine the gaps: What is missing? What are the things that prohibit you from putting an outfit together?
4. 
   Establish a goal for your new wardrobe: What is your personal style? What do you want it to be? What is your focus–ethical? Sustainable? Easier to get dressed? More casual?
