One of my favorite authors, Jeff Deischer, has published the eighth volume in his Doc Brazen pulp pastiche series, Element of Surprise. This is a classic pulp story with lots of action, adventure, a world-threatening menace, and a mystery that needs to be solved. Pulp aficionados will not want to miss this one!
