On tap this week is State Representative Sheila Klinker, who represents Indiana House District 27. Sheila was first elected to the Indiana House of Representatives in 1982 and she is a member of the Education, Veterans Affairs and Public Safety, and Ways and Means committees. Her personal arts background is in vocal music and she is a tireless supporter of, and very colorful presence in, the arts and education in this region.
