Everyone has a story and the coach helps you take your current state to your desired state. Luke stresses the importance of the mindset shift with clarity, insight, passion and purpose in order to achieve your goals.

Luke shares his 5 Shifts for Transformation

-Self Awareness

-Self Accountability

-Examing Your Belief Systems

-Having a Big Vision

-Having Intentional Action

Working with a transformation coach helps us progress through the stages. Ann and Luke also share what we can do on our own to get started with the mindset shift. Stop the negative self-talk. We are our own worst critic. If it serves us, keep it going and if not, let it go. This is very liberating. Working with a transformation coach can help assess where we are in freeing our minds and what we need to have successful lasting transformations in all aspects of our lives.
