UK ambassador to South Sudan Christ Trott has called on the parties to the agreement to quickly appoint state ministers and local government authorities to ease service delivery to the citizens and pave way elections after the transitional period 

Ambassador Trott says the slow pace in implementation of  pre-transitional tasks by the parties is affecting efforts by partners in complimenting government development programs at the state  levels  

He spoke to radio Miraya this morning.
