Justice and the rule of law are terms that always come together and explain one another in practice. Over the years, the concept of justice has developed to the extent of becoming a shared human value to which all nations prescribed and signed international charters and conventions. South Sudan is one of the countries that are signatories to such charters that call for justice as a basic demand of governance and respect for human rights.
