The Ministry of Public Service and Human Plan Development in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and Planning are working together to implement a number of civil service reforms to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in the public service in line with international practices.

Part of the reforms in the pipeline is a modern Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) with a biometrically integrated Payroll Management System. Lucy Kiden is in conversation with:
