Government and the main opposition group have initialled a power-sharing deal at talks in the Sudanese capital, Khartoum.
The initialling ceremony in Khartoum last evening was attended by Opposition leader and former Vice-President Riek Machar, who according to the latest deal has been reinstated to resume his role.
