The implementation matrix is critical for the effective implementation of the revitalized agreement on the outstanding issues which was signed on Sunday.
Peter Mayen, head of delegation of the opposition political parties, says a team of experts from Kenya and Sudan are expected to meet in two days’ time to discuss the modalities and process is expected to be complete by August 19th.
