Authorities in Kajo-Keji, Yei River Stateare concerned that the presence of cattle-keepers is posing a threat to returning communities settling back to their homes.
Nyepo County commissioner, Lokonga Julius says the animal herders are destroying gardens belonging to returnees arriving from protection sites and refugee camps.
Lokonga is concerned that the presence of the herders could spark tension.
The commisisoner says his county receives a daily average of 10-15 returnees.
