Three years ago, I was invited to attend the communications startup conference whose theme was; “Confidence Building Actions,” the communications association was recognizing media owners who have exhibited great leadership skills in their communities.
The speaker of the day surprised us by talking about failure. He admitted media mistakes as he talked about the legal suits that had been made, because the reporters made a mistake in the name and attribution.
Lesson; “Failure is not unique and there is no success without failure.”
