At least 9 people are dead and 11others have been injured, after a lone gunman attacked football fans watching an English Premier League game at a bar in Gurei, Juba.
Speaking to Miraya Breakfast show, Police Spokesperson, Brigadier Daniel Justine, said several people have been arrested in connection with the incident.
