The Inter -governmental Authority on Development – IGAD is calling for the full operationalization of the Peace agreement.
The Agreement to resolve the conflict in South Sudan was signed nearly a year ago, but several obstacles including the recent fighting in Juba have stood in the way of its implementation.
IGAD Executive Secretary, said in an interview with Radio Miraya that; The Peace agreement is the only string that South Sudan and IGAD can hang on to ensure Peace and Tranquility prevails.
