Police have taken over management of a police post along the Juba-Yei road from the SPLA.
The army set up the post at ‘check-point’ when fighting broke out in Juba last month.
Police spokesperson Brig. Daniel Justine, says the police are now manning the station to give confidence to the Internally Displaced Persons sheltering at the nearby UN Protection Site to return to their homes.
