The peer educators from the 'I Choose Health' organization want to use social media sites to teach young people to stay away from illegal drugs and unsafe sex.
Internet access is currently limited in South Sudan, but all that could be about to change in the coming years as the Government links the nation to a planned regional high speed internet network.
So how effective can social media be as an awareness raising platform?
