Pressure is mounting on Norwich City head coach Dean Smith following a fourth defeat in five matches in the Championship.



After a 1-0 loss to promotion rivals Burnley, fans frustrations have been growing over the last few weeks, with a big double header of games at Carrow Road to come over the coming days.
