After 46 games, Norwich City and Leeds United will be marching on together into the Championship play-offs.



A 1-0 defeat to relegated Birmingham City on the final day of the Championship campaign for the Canaries saw them secure their top six spot, and will reunite with Daniel Farke for a two-legged semi final.
