As the plant-based food sector continues to grow in Australia, the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW Sydney Royal Fine Food Show will be introducing a new plant-based class to the 2021 competition; ensuring the competition leads the way in consumer trends and encourages Australian production within the industry.
