Description

Jay is back with Episode 123 and he's talking about what it's like to be fired.

Yep, this is a stream of consciousness life episode as he get's real about the feeling of hearing you're out of a job, his thoughts on how to approach and support friends and family who have been either fired or laid off -- hint: Reach out to them and just listen -- and he throws some shade at the entire job hunting process, including why y'all recruiters and hiring managers need to stop ghosting people.

Plus: Jay remembers Detroit Sports fan Icon, and Hall of Fame good brother, Andy Isaac -- aka @WorldOfIsaac on Twitter -- who lost his 19-year cancer battle this week. Andy was in the Detroit (and MSU) sports trenches and was an example of what the best of us can be.

RIP Andy and #FTB Forever!
