When you think about trucking or the trucking DAD you picture someone that’s always on the road. At least that’s what I thought until I got to learn more from this week's guest Gerren Hoffman. Gee as we call him, is an owner/operator of a trucking company called Hoffman Transportation and tells us how a trucker gets busy as a father. He dropped gems on being a longshoreman to business owner but also why your VALUE matters more than anything when it comes to being that DAD.
