In this second instalment of Working at LSE, we unpack The Beaver’s analysis of the bonus pay structure at LSE and the results of this analysis. 💰We discuss its implications for the declared gender pay gap at LSE and the methods of our investigation. Finally, we discuss how urgently this reflects the need for reform of pay structures at the university. 🏫
