Diversity is something is that now part of most business policies but inequality is still prevalent. I can't talk about some inequalities but I can talk about the inequalities in gender as I am a woman. This week I talk about feminism and what I believe needs to happen. and even if you aren't a woman what I share with you is very pertinent to everyone.
