We are brought up thinking that others know better than us and it can be instinctive to take this role for others believing that we know better than them. However The more we tell people that we know better than them and the more they believe this the more they start not to believe in themselves. It takes faith and trust in others to allow them to choose their own path, but that faith and trust will help them to believe in themselves.
