The greatest artists of all time have used Absinthe as an ingredient in many drinks. It was only due to one man in the early 1900's who's story made headlines around the world, that gave Absinthe it's bad name. Learn how to make a Sazerac, and the proper way to drink Absinthe.
Sazerac:
- 60ml Rye whiskey
- 5ml Sugar syrup
- Peychaud or Creole bitters
- Absinthe
- Ice cubes and a lemon peel
