We think HMS Spirits Mary Rose Gin tastes incredible in this as we use both Pink Grapefruit and Rosemary as prominent botanicals, making it ideal 😋
Recipe:
30ml Grapefruit Gin (Mary Rose Gin)
30ml Dry Vermouth
15ml Freshly squeezed ruby grapefruit juice
15ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 Tablespoon homemade grapefruit syrup*
60ml Grapefruit tonic
Serve with grapefruit and rosemary. Then simply enjoy the deliciousness!
*to create the grapefruit syrup use 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and 1/8 of a cup of caster sugar. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce to simmer until the liquid halves.
