This report was given to me by a Russian source who became aware of me through the releases of my other published  documents. I hesitated for some time to release this report because I fear that skeptics or reckless individuals will go looking  to verify the circumstances described in it. They could come across something that poses a danger to us all. Therefore, I would  like to issue a clear warning at this point: Whatever follows must not lead to further investigations! It must remain only a  report, a tale, as spreading the... signal… could have serious consequences...
