I wonder so many times how many lives have been changed forever in the dark corners of the world. How many courses altered, shifted, or stopped all together with a simple twist of fate? How many existences' have been lifted up or burned to the ground in the places most people pass by without a second thought? I think about it all the time because the direction of my life was decided in a place like that, the events of that night changed everything for me and I'm still wrapped up in them even ten years later.
