In this episode, Hannah is joined by Coloplast Ambassador Sarah.
Sarah's story begins with her mother, who had ovarian cancer I her 40's. This prompted Sarah to have her own ovaries removed prophylactically. About 6 months later she started to notice some bleeding and was diagnosed with a rectal vagina fistula. And while it didn't end up having anything to do with having her ovaries removed, that felt like a trigger.
Sarah discusses her personal journey of living with a stoma and how she's adjusted to life following its formation.
