Today I look at how journals can help people with wellbeing and look at five strategies to improve gratitude and wellbeing in day-to-day life.
Here is a brief summary of the five approaches Shawn advocated.
1) Gratitude email daily.
2) Three things you are grateful for in journal.
3) One thing in bullet pointed detail.
4) Exercise – 15 minutes daily.
5) Meditation and regular breathing exercises.
Sam Harris ‘Waking Up’ – great meditation app I use daily. Also, lots of discussion about meditation and mindfulness with guest speakers.
