Today I speak about how I have used diet to change my life since my early 20s to varying degrees of success. I have a rare genetic disorder that has caused problems since I was 23; I have had anxiety-depression issues since 29; and high blood pressure since hitting 40. I talk about the things that have really helped me and urge others to take a big interest in diet to improve their lives. Change can be challenging but getting into good habits and being curious can yield huge results.
