Blaze Bernstein and Samuel Woodward had attended the same high school in Orange County, California.

In 2017 and early 2018, the two men had reconnected on Tinder and had been chatting over social media. In January 2018, they decided to meet up.  Samuel picked up Blaze from his home.  Blaze was never seen alive again.

After an arduous legal process, Samuel has just been found guilty of the murder of Blaze.  The prosecution stated that the murder was a hate crime.  Samuel killed Blaze due to his religious beliefs and sexual orientation.

In this episode of the True Crime Society Podcast, we discuss the hate-filled murder of Blaze Bernstein.
