In May of 2020, 58-year-old Colleen Rebelo was found dead in her home in the shower. At first, her death was not looked at suspiciously, but that changed when her 28-year-old son Andre tried cashing in on a $1 million life insurance policy on her. Andre and his girlfriend Grace, a local Australian model and influencer, were over $100k in debt, as the two tried to finance the lavish lifestyle they portrayed online with overdrawn credit cards and personal loans.
